Yoga Democracy FAQs:
Order Tracking / Updates:
When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a secondary email with tracking information. If your order is split between two shipments, you will receive a third email when the remainder of your order ships out, with a new tracking number.
Confirmation Emails:
First, check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered email folders. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact Yoga Democracy customer service. Be prepared to provide the information associated with your order so the customer service team can locate it.
Cancel or Modify an Order:
If you place an order and need to cancel or make an adjustment, we may be able to address the request if the order hasn’t already been fed to our warehouse system and synced. Please note that we receive all customer service-related requests through one portal, and we work through those tickets as they come in.
Fabric Care:
For best results, hand-wash your leggings in cold water using an eco-friendly detergent. After washing, hang them to dry. Following these instructions helps preserve the fabric and extend the life of your leggings.
Custom Prints:
Yoga Democracy works with studios and other organizations interested in creating custom leggings. Businesses or organizations interested in custom products should contact Yoga Democracy to discuss their requirements, artwork, quantities, and other details.
